Quick & Easy Coleslaw

Seriously the easiest thing to make in the kitchen.
The coleslaw you buy from the supermarket should not be consumed as it is nothing like real homemade coleslaw. Doesn't taste like it, doesn't look like it, and you would be surprised at how easy it is to make yourself.

5 ingredients, a spoon and bowl and you are done. This is a no brainer for me. If something is that simple to make yourself in the kitchen why pay for some cheap knock off from the big supermarkets...and the taste...oh my it is oh-so-good.


I use coleslaw almost weekly with dishes. From my Beer & Golden Syrup Pulled Pork sandwiches to Fish Tacos it has a lot of uses. I whip this up when we have people coming over for a BBQ on a summers afternoon as it takes less than 5 minutes to make...including prep time!

Homemade Coleslaw

Prep Time: 5 minutes

1 bag pre-cut fine coleslaw mix
2 tbsp egg mayonnaise
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar & salt in a bowl until silky smooth. Fold through pre-cut coleslaw mix until well combined and refrigerate for 15 mins. You are now ready to serve.

See...I told you it was easy.
